Returns and refund policies

1. Change or cancel an order

If you wish to change or cancel an order contact our Customer Service team on 020 8514 2023 any time between 9.00 .am and 5.00 pm – Monday to Friday. Please have the order number and date the order was placed to hand  If your products have already been delivered, then you will need to follow our  returns procedure   b y contacting us.

2. Returns

Goods are supplied on a firm sale basis. Goods which have been correctly supplied must be returned in a suitable condition for resale, for hygiene reason products used to place food in must be unused. Carriage  costs will only be refunded when the goods have been incorrectly supplied or are faulty.   Credits will not be issued until the goods have been returned to Talon Direct Ltd and checked. Refunds will be made in the same way as your payment was made ie if by credit card a refund will be made to that card.

3 .Distance Selling Regulations

If you have ordered by telephone or   internet, under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have a statutory right to cancel your order and receive a full refund for any home delivery item. This does not apply to items personalised or made to your specification; items that due to their nature cannot be returned; perishable goods ( i e. food items).  To cancel, you can sales@talon-direct.com call 020 8514 2023 or write to us at Customer Services (see contact us for details) within seven working days (so not including Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays) commencing the day after the day of delivery of your item(s), quoting your order number. You must take reasonable care of the item(s).  Carriage  costs will only be refunded when the goods have been incorrectly supplied or are faulty.  However If you have an Internet order query, please Email  sales@talon-direct.com or call us on 020 8514 2023.
